The Details
Shared with rehearsal dinner guests only — enter the passcode you were given.
We truly wish we could celebrate with everyone, but due to venue capacity limitations, we're unfortunately unable to accommodate all children. We kindly ask that only the children specifically named on your invitation attend — if you believe your child may have been unintentionally omitted, please reach out directly to the Maid of Honor.
Dress Code
A single- or double-breasted suit with a tie and dress shoes or dress boots. Cowboy boots should be worn beneath the trouser leg. Felt hats and belt buckles are welcome when appropriately paired with the rest of your attire.
A floor-length dress or gown. For questions on what constitutes Formal or Western Formal attire, please feel free to contact the groom, best man, or maid of honor.
As a courtesy for those wearing boots, Tecovas offers complimentary boot shining — all boot brands are accepted.

Wedding Schedule
For Our Traveling Guests
Highland Farms sits closest to lodging in Brightwood and Mt. Hood Village — about 45 minutes from Portland International Airport.
A few listings may show up near Stevenson — we don't recommend those, as they're much further from the venue than the options above.
Kindly Respond
Please let us know if you can join us by April 25, 2027 — your presence would make our day truly special.

Registry
We are so grateful for the love and support that surrounds us as we begin this new chapter together. Your presence in our lives and at our celebration means more to us than any gift ever could. If you wish to contribute to our home fund or registry, please know that your generosity is deeply appreciated and will be part of the beautiful beginning we're creating together.
You've Got Questions
Not likely, all predictive forecasts say there should be no rain. However, if God decides to make it rain, the entire wedding is outdoors.
Yes, dinner will be a self-serve buffet.
We are offering an open mocktail bar, there will be juices and other non-alcoholic drinks for those with simpler desires.
Yes, that does mean no alcohol will be served. However, there will be limited wine for those wishing to participate in communion.
Please contact the maid of honor for any questions related to attire.
Yes, although we love our meats and wheats we understand that not everyone shares our affinity. On the RSVP page there is an option to declare allergies and preferences.
The venue is approximately 45 minutes from Portland International Airport. There is a travel and stay page that will direct you to finding accommodations. We recommend staying in an Airbnb near the venue or one of the hotels listed.
We ask that anyone who is able to carpool with friends or family who drove or rented a vehicle please do so. For those who need transportation, we will have a shuttle running back and forth between the venue and the designated locations listed on our Stay page. Please note that the shuttle has limited seating and will need to make multiple trips, so carpooling whenever possible will help minimize wait times. The shuttle will stop making trips 30 minutes before the scheduled start of the event, so please plan accordingly.
That's not actually a question but I'm glad you brought it up. Please do not use your phone during the ceremony. We know you want to immortalize our moment and so do we, that's why we hired professional photographers! When you have your phones out during the ceremony it can be distracting and you could be photographed on your phone. We want everyone to be in the moment with us and let the professionals do their thing. We will share a link with all of you to see the wedding photos after the wedding.
